Gloria M. Petroni grew up on a farm in Yerington, Nevada. She is the daughter of an Italian immigrant father who came to the United States when he was sixteen years of age with just a third-grade education. Without the ability to order a meal at a diner because he knew no English, it was his focus and determination to make a good life for himself and his family in the United States. It’s this kind of drive that he passed on to his children. With her father’s determination in mind, Ms. Petroni became the first lawyer in her family. She takes her mission of providing excellent representation based upon trust and respect seriously as she works for her clients day after day. A native Nevadan, she raised her three adult children and is proud to be a member of our community.
In addition to her vast experience is in northern Nevada, Ms. Petroni practiced in California for about six months in the area of corporate tax. Ms. Petroni takes a solution-based approach with her clients, discussing their goals after providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework and available options. She believes that every client is entitled to dignity and support from their law firm and from their lawyer, and to know that they are in a safe place where their confidential matters are protected in the highest regard. Ms. Petroni offers her clients exceptional representation and comfort in knowing their situation is being addressed.
Ms. Petroni is in the top echelon of attorneys in experience, tested legal knowledge, continuing education, and practice requirements. She is also involved in Entrepreneurs Organization of Reno Tahoe, an organization dedicated to better business practices. Outside of her practice, she enjoys outdoor sports such as wakeboarding, skiing, golfing, and hiking. She’s up for any new travel or outdoor adventure.
